In her role as Entertainment Project Manager for the New Build flagships Celebrity Xcel and Celebrity Ascent, Han oversaw and managed all logistical, artistic and operational aspects across multiple productions, teams, stakeholders and entertainment venues, from concept through inaugural delivery.
As Casting Associate for Celebrity Cruises, Han leads worldwide auditions and has also served on casting panels, evaluating thousands of dancers, singers and specialty acts for companies such as
Disney Studios, Marvel, Warner Bros., BBC, HBO, Dubai Expo, and Thorpe Park Resort.
Han's Competition judging and adjudication experience includes panels at Move It London, Russian ballet competitions, international dance festivals and mock auditions for U.S. universities and competition studios. Recognized as a “Judge of Others” within her EB1 Green Card criteria, she brings multi-genre expertise and a reputation for balancing technical precision with constructive, positive, actionable feedback ensuring dancers feel motivated and inspired.
As Show Director | Artistic Director | Resident Choreographer, Han installed, maintained and provided artistic direction, ensuring consistency with creative vision across all departments. She managed and scheduled rehearsals, recommended adjustments and collaborated on casting, contract renewals and evaluations to uphold integrity and support high-performance environments.

Project Manager & Creative Operations
As Entertainment Project Manager for Celebrity Cruises’ flagship Celebrity Xcel and Celebrity Ascent, Han led the artistic, logistical, and operational development of multiple productions and entertainment venues from concept to inaugural delivery. She guided cross-functional teams of Producers, Designers, Stakeholders, Technical, Operations and onboard contractors, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment between creative intent and operational execution.
Her approach emphasized representation, clear communication, and resource optimization to keep projects on time, within scope and true to brand standards.
Known for her calm, solutions-focused leadership, Han navigated challenges seamlessly while upholding safety, show quality and IP integrity across every phase of production.
In her role as Casting Associate for Celebrity Cruises, Han planned, led and directed national and international audition tours to build diverse, highly skilled casts of dancers, vocalists and circus specialty acts. She streamlined existing and created new audition processes, aligned talent with creative briefs, prepared and distributed all audition materials and oversaw their training and integration into existing shows.

Trained in multiple performance and dance disciplines, Han's experience spans Film, Live TV, West End and Broadway, directing full-body character performers, creating innovative roaming entertainment for theme parks and leading large-scale international projects. She has installed, maintained and provided artistic direction, ensuring consistency with creative vision across all departments and managed and scheduled rehearsals, recommended adjustments and collaborated on casting, contract renewals and evaluations to uphold integrity to support high-performance environments.
Her expertise in creative problem-solving includes facilitating re-blocks and re-casts, taking and communicating actionable performer notes, liaising with dancers and production teams to uphold artistic integrity, and developing detailed video records and blocking books to ensure consistency and excellence.
As a specialist in Lindy Hop, Swing, and Charleston, Han has worked on sets such as The Avengers, Allied, A Royal Night Out, and Pinocchio and with international companies such as Scottish Ballet to choreograph and provide accurate, era-specific movement coaching in these dance styles.
